Ingredients:
Carrot - 1
Beetroot -1
Onion - 1/2
Mint leaves
Green chillies - 4
Corriander leaves
Mint leaves
Lemon - 1/2
Bread Slices
Butter
Salt
Method:
1.First we prepare the chutney by grinding coriander leaves,chillies,onion,mint leaves,salt with little water.
2.Squeeze the lemon into the chutney.
3.Now we prepare sandwich.
4.First grated the carrot and beetroot seperately and add salt to the taste.
5.Then Cut the four sides of the bread,Apply butter.
6.Take a slice of bread put the grated betroot,cover it with another slice bread,apply green chutney,again cover it with another slice bread put the
carrot on the top and finally cover it with one bread.
7.After this cut the sandwich in a triangular manner.Serve it.
