Ingrdients
Chicken - 1 kg
Curd (well-beaten) - 150 g
Fresh lemons - 3
Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
White chilly power to the taste
Cashew - 150 grams
Melon & Water Melon seeds 25 grams each
Green chilies to the taste
Cloves (whole) - 3
Onion (fine chopped) - 1 mediumButter - 2 tablespoons
Cardamom -3
Salt to the taste
Egg Yolk 1
Nut Meg pinch
Grated cheese 100 grams
Fresh milk cream 200 ml
Garlic 1 (Big size)
Method
1.Grind together the cashew and seeds (melon and watermelon) separately by adding some water
2.Wash and cut the chicken in pieces and make deep cuts on the flesh.
3.Mix together the half of the followings and egg yolk, onion, paste of cashew and seeds, essence of green chilies and garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, white chilly powder.
4.Marinate the chicken for about 2 hrs with the above and grill, till tender
5.Apply some butter to it, grill it again.
6.Add some masala to it, chicken is ready to eat with onion and mint sauce.
