this pasta dish is satisfying because of its high satisfying carbohydrate content which is beneficial for you.
ingredients:-
- 2 cups cooked pasta (macaroni or fusilli)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped celery
- 1/2 cup capsicum sliced
- 1 cup boiled mixed vegetables
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 cheese slices
- 1/2 tbsp dried mixed herb
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and black pepper powder to taste
- heat the butter in a pan and saute the onion, celery and capsicum for 2 minutes
- add the milk and cheese slices and bring to boil
- add the vegetables, mixed herbs, salt and pepper and mix well
- toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and bring to a boil
- serve hot with toast or garlic bread.
