Coco Colada

ingredients:-

• 2oz coconut cream
• 4oz pineapple juice                                          
• 1 cup crushed ice
• orange slice for garnishing

Method:-

1. put ice, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a blender
2. blend the mixture until mushy
3. pour the mixture into a hurricane glass
4. garnish it with an orange slice and serve it cool.
