Ingredients:
4-5 Ilish fish pieces
1 tbsp Mustard paste
1 tbsp Coconut paste
2 Green chillies
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Garlic paste
2 tbsp Mustard oil
Salt to taste
Banana leaf
Method:
1.Clean and wash the fish pieces.
2.Marinate the fish with mustard paste,coconut paste salt, turmeric powder,coconut paste,green chillies,garlic paste and mustard oil for half an hour.
3.Make the banana leaf into 4 inch square size and dip in hot water, take out and dry.
4.Fold each piece of fish in banana leaf piece and tie with clean thread.
5.Steam the fish pieces folded in banana leaf in a pressure cooker for 8-10 minutes until cooked well.
6.Serve hot with rice.
