Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 700 gms
Keema - 800 gms
Curd - 6 tsp
Chopped Onion - 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 200 gms
Milk - 1 cup
Cinnamon - 2 inch piece
Cardomoms - 8
Cloves 0 8
Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Chicken Stock - 2 cup
Lime Juice - 4 tbsp
Saffron
Method:
1.First half cook the rice in salted water.After it get cooked drain the water from cooked rice.
2.Now mix the saffron in milk and keep aside.
3.Take a pan heat the ghee,add chopped onions,all spices,after it get splutter add keema,ginger garlic paste and fry it for 8 mins.
4.After the keema get cooked add curd,red chilli powder.
5.Mix it well and cook for another few more mins.
6.After it get cooked.Take a plate put one layer of cooked rice,next layer keema mixture,then saffron and lime juice.
7.Now do the same procees again a layer of rice,keema,saffron and lime juice.
8.Pour the chicken stock over the layer of briyani.
9.Cover it with lid and bake it the oven at a low temperature for 15 mins.
10.Now our dish is ready to serve.
