Ingredients:
Chicken - 250gms
CornFlour - 1/2 Cup
Curd - 1 tbsp
Garlic Juice - 1/2 tsp
Cellophane Bag - 1/2
Ginger Juice - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1 cups
Methods;
1.Soak the chicken in garlic juice,ginger juice,salt for 12 hours.
2.Add the cornflour,salt,black pepper into the bag.Then add chicken pieces with this.
3.After add this shake the bag wel.
4.Take a pan heat the ghee,add pieces of the chicken one by one and fry till it turns golden brown.
5.Fry continuely till all the pieces are done.
6.After all pieces are cooked serve hot with green salad.
