Adrak Lassi (Ginger Yogurt Drink)

Ayurveda, the Indian system of holistic health suggests that ginger is good for stimulating the appetite, a much needed thing in the summer! It is also called ‘maha aushadhi’ or great medicine because it has so many health properties.It really quenches the thirst.Try this easiest and the simplest cold beverage by following the steps with delightrecipes.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of Plain Yogurt
  • 2 cups of Chilled Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Ginger Powder
  • ½ tsp. Cumin Powder
 Serves: 2 Glass

 Method:
  •  Mix the water, plain yogurt, ginger powder, and sugar in a blender until thoroughly combined.
  • Serve in tall glasses, sprinkled with the cumin powder.
