Sorse Chingri (Mustard Prawns)

Ingredients:
  
250 gm Prawns
2 chopped Green chillies
2 tsp Chilly paste
1 tsp Coconut paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder                            
1 tbsp White Mustard paste
1 tbsp Mustard oil
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste

Method:

1.Clean and immerse the prawns in 1/2 cup salt water for 5 minutes.
2.In bowl, add the chilly-mustard paste, turmeric powder, coconut, salt and sugar, combine well.
3.Remove the prawns from water and pat dry.
4.Marinate the prawns in mustard mixture for 20-25 minutes.
5.On a banana leaf, place the prawns and spread chillies over it.
6.Cover with another banana leaf and place the package in a pressure cooker.
7.Steam the prawns for 7-8 minutes until cooked well.
8.Serve hot as a side dish.
